We hired a 7.5t truck for a house move from Scotland. Nathan was very helpful, clear and professional. The truck was clean and a delight to drive (as best a lorry can be haha). Good value too. We will be back again soon for the 2nd part of the move.

It was very easy to book and reserve vans as I have used Lanes on more than one occasion.

Nathan provides great customer service with detailed description of the costs involved, then a walk around the van before taking the vehicle off the premises, including how to use the tail lift etc.

Hired a lovely van for a 500 mile round trip at the weekend. Easy process to pick up and drop off with most of the paperwork handled by email beforehand between myself and Nathan. If I ever need a van again I know where to go!

Have hired three vans from Britannia lanes now and they are simply unmatched for balance of price, ease of use, friendliness, professionalism and quality of service. Hired a Luton to move home beginning of Jan 2023, Nathan is brilliant and makes everything super easy. Plus it's super convenient being able to drop the van off out of hours.
