• Rental periods: Each rental day starts from 8:30 AM until 8:30 AM the following day.

• Vehicle Collection: You can collect the vehicle anytime during office hours.
• Vehicle Return: If returning outside office hours, the manager will direct you on where to park the vehicle and how to drop off the keys.

• The rental rates include third-party insurance and VAT.

• Eligible Age: Drivers must be aged 25 to 75.
• Licence Types: Acceptable licences include full, valid UK, EU, USA, Canadian, Australian, or New Zealand driving licences held for at least 24 months.
• Disqualifications: Drivers should not:
  • Have been convicted of serious driving offences.
  • Have more than 6 points on their licence.
  • Have had their licence endorsed, suspended, or insurance declined, refused, or imposed with special terms.
  • Have been involved in more than one accident in the past three years.
• Occupational Restrictions: Drivers should not be involved in professional entertainment, sports, jockeying, racing, gaming industry, or press activities.
• Additional Requirement: For those with a photocard driving licence, a National Insurance number is required to verify the licence’s validity.

• Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, refuelling will be carried out on your behalf and charged at £3.00 per litre. This charge will be deducted from your security deposit.

• Age 21-25: Drivers in this age group can rent vehicles with a £15/day surcharge. They can drive a small van or panel van with a licence held for 2 years or a Luton van with a licence held for 3 years. The insurance excess for young drivers is £1,800 and cannot be reduced.

• Booking confirmation: Your booking confirmation must be presented at vehicle collection. Retain all rental documents for at least 28 days after returning the vehicle.

• ID Required: Drivers must provide two forms of identification, such as a utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 60 days), along with their driving licence.

• Deposit Amounts: Deposit amounts are £250 for small, panel, or Luton vehicles and £300 for 7.5-ton vehicles. Cash or cheques are not accepted.

• Standard Excess: £1500 on all vehicles.
• Excess Reduction Options:
  • Reduce to £250 for £20/day.
  • Reduce to £0 (and cover tyre and windscreen damage) for £30/day.

• Additional Drivers: £15/day. Additional drivers must be present at the time of vehicle collection and are subject to the same restrictions as the main driver.

• Included Mileage: 100 miles per rental day (e.g., a 3-day rental includes 300 miles). Excess mileage is charged at £0.15/mile for vehicles up to 3.5 tons and £0.20/mile for vehicles over 7.5 tons.

• Change Policy: Amendments must be made at least 72 hours before rental commencement, with a £5 administration fee plus any rate differences.

• Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 72 hours: Refund with a 30% deduction.
  • Less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours: Refund with a 60% deduction.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

• Refusal Right: The company may refuse to provide a vehicle if the customer is deemed unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements.

• Model Guarantee: Specific van models are not guaranteed, and you may receive an alternative or upgraded model.

• Breakdowns: Details for the breakdown provider will be provided with the rental agreement.
• Accidents: Must be reported within 24 hours. An accident form must be completed by the end of the rental period, and local police should be informed if necessary.

• Congestion Charging: Customers are responsible for paying any congestion charges. Failure to pay results in a Penalty Charge Notice and an additional £20 administration fee.
• Low Emission Zone (LEZ): Inform us 10 working days before rental if traveling inside the LEZ to receive a compliant vehicle. Failure to inform results in the customer being liable for charges and an additional £20 administration fee.
• Traffic Offences: A £20 + VAT administration charge applies for parking or traffic infringements.

• Vehicles can only be driven within the UK mainland.

• CPC Requirement: Drivers of vehicles over 3.5 tonnes must normally hold a Driver CPC. This does not apply if the vehicle is being used for private, non-commercial purposes – for example, moving your own household goods rather than driving for hire or reward.
