We hired a 7.5t truck for a house move from Scotland. Nathan was very helpful, clear and professional. The truck was clean and a delight to drive (as best a lorry can be haha). Good value too. We will be back again soon for the 2nd part of the move.
It was very easy to book and reserve vans as I have used Lanes on more than one occasion.
Nathan provides great customer service with detailed description of the costs involved, then a walk around the van before taking the vehicle off the premises, including how to use the tail lift etc.
A full detailed invoice/receipt was issued shortly after returning the van.
